Vacancies:

We’re hiring! We have a number of client requirements for which we need the following roles:

Graphic Designer

If you love design but fancy code, we want to hear from you. We want to build a team where designers pair with developers to deliver prototypes and ship product. We also believe that we should own the design process end-to-end. So at the start we want you to roll your sleeves up and help us with research, so our clients discover what their users and customers really want. If you have the patience of a saint, a lovely portfolio, and are willing to fold design into a proven successful development process, then drop us a line. For further details, please contact us via the form below

Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for an experienced engineer with full-stack skills and an aptitude for working with business stakeholders, internal users and end customers. You will join a diverse group of bright and passionate people in a self-organising and cross-functional team responsible for building, launching and operating a new product for our client. For further details, please contact us via the form below.

Tester

As a Tester you will be a disciplined professional that displays technical aptitude and will possess a level of business acumen. You will work in a dedicated product stream as part of a self-organising and empowered team. UX Researcher

Got a background in UX design but recognise the value of discovering what the users actually need, then we would love to hear from you. Experience has taught us that releasing frequently and testing real product against the users actual needs gives us great results. Before we begin coding we want to know that we are starting at the right place, and we want all our products to be part of a successful design research strategy. We use service design tools and techniques to create the end-to-end vision of the product, so a background in, or experience of service design would come in handy.

UX/User Testing

Creating the right product for our client in a development process built around regular releases requires frequent testing to validate prototypes and test released product. Of course we also want to understand the problems we are trying to build new products for. So testing and evaluating existing products is essential to discover the existing issues and areas for improvement. We want to always show that we are adding value with qualitative and quantitative data to feed back to the client. Play a part in helping us set the strategy for our product development with a program of continuous testing to support our rapid delivery process.

Technical Client Services Leader

We’re looking for a Technical Client Services Leader to take on a multifaceted role, which will include client liaison, senior stakeholder management, technical delivery and business development. The role includes being a leader, connector and listener to some of the best engineers and digital specialists the UK has to offer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Connecting colleagues across the business to socialise improvements within our service capabilities;
  • Driving the client programme of work including acting as the senior client interface;
  • Attending business and technology meetings with customers and taking ownership of stakeholder management and client engagements;
  • Facilitating a significant team of high calibre design and technology professionals;
  • Prowess in the following areas:
    • Extreme programming (XP) and related engineering practices of high performance teams (agile, lean etc.)
    • Ability to choose appropriate technology to solve a problem, and ability to separate problems from solutions
    • Enterprise architecture (a la Gilb style quantified requirements not just boxes and lines)
    • JVM ecosystem
    • Cloud services and tools e.g. AWS, Heroku, Terraform, Kubernetes etc.
    • Automated testing approaches including service virtualisation
    • Knowledge of how technology affects business strategy and operations
    • Measurement of operational costs and business impacts, not development costs alone
    • Business analytics and insight
    • Drawing, visualisation and rigorous note taking for traceability of decisions
    • Facilitating discussions to reach shared understanding, clarity and consensus
  • Pre-sales and client engagement for new business opportunities.
