Scrum Mastering isn't a part-time endeavour

Don’t be a part-time scrum master because you can’t see the picture when you’re in the frame.

I agree!! I used to think you could be a contributor and a ScrumMaster. Not anymore. You have to choose if you want to play or coach. In both sports and in Scrum, I have not seen it work.
