Calling in well

Chances are you’ve heard of people calling in sick. But have you ever thought of calling in well? You’d get the boss on the line and say, "Listen, I’ve been sick ever since I started working here, but today I’m well and I won’t be in anymore."

Some organisations are so screwed-up that you’d have to be a bit crazy or ‘sick’ to keep going back. The person who calls in well is ready for work that is fun, creative, challenging, energising, and enhances self-regard .
