Celebrate every success

Posted by Simon Baker

In work I sit next to Jeff of Coedit . Jeff and his programming partner were working on a story card when Jeff suddenly said "Damn! There’s a whole lot of success happening here."

First I laughed. And then I turned and said to Jeff "what a great thing to say". And it is. Jeff was clearly buzzed by the progress they were making. And as a coach that kind of enthusiasm in people drives me. Anyway, I digress. My point is this: It’s important to celebrate your small successes aswell as your big successes. Any size success is still success.

Party on Jeff !
