ABC2006: Simon Voice of Connections Recruitment

Posted by Simon Baker

If you would like help finding people who have experienced agility, I recommend you speak with Simon Voice at Connections Recruitment .

I’m often asked by clients to set-up teams for agility and this often requires recruitment effort. I’ve worked with Simon on a number of engagements and it’s always a pleasure. Simon and his team work proactively and enthusiastically to understand what I’m looking for. They tune into your thinking. They don’t farm CVs. They understand that agility is about people and they take the time to get beyond the technical experience to look at what I call the soft skills before they put forward any candidate.

Simon won’t hassle you or saturate you with inappropriate CVs. He’ll just get done what you ask of him. It’s both enjoyable and productive when you can work with a recruitment agency who fundamentally understands agility and what makes it work. How many agencies can you say that about? Not many.

+1 - It's nice to work with an agent who actually knows what he's talking about !
