It was good to finally meet
Diana Larsen at her Retrospectives for Change
workshop. Retrospectives help to build trust and morale in the team
while improving productivity and capability and increasing quality.
Diana 's session reminded me to do the
following:
- Post an archive of the last few retrospective outcomes on a publicly visible wall.
- Take shared responsibility for the outcome.
- Reinforce change by reminding people of the noted action/s from the retrospective (we try to capture these as user stories).
