My interaction style

In my post Getting to know people , I referenced a simple questionnaire that I use in my coaching which is based on the Myers-Briggs Indicator and classifies a person’s type (alternative descriptions of type are available here ). I thought it only appropriate to share my type with you:

ENFJ

Team Technology says ENFJs direct their energy towards the outer world of actions and spoken words. They try to build harmony in important personal relationships. Their lives are organised on a personal basis, seeking to develop and promote personal growth in people they value.
