Daily scrum haiku

I couldn't resist adding a third verse (although I'm not entirely sure Haiku have verses) to address the most common problem in daily scrum meetings ..

In the daily scrum,
each team member, standing up,
answers three questions

What was done before?
What am I doing today?
Are there obstacles?

Talk to each other
and not to the Scrum Master.
Sync up, don't report.
